Privacy and terms

foreq1 is operated by Australia College Pty Ltd. We collect your name, email and school to run your account. Student work you upload is used only to help you mark it, is stored and processed in Australia (see “Where data is kept”), and is never used to train AI models or shared with anyone else.

You are responsible for having authority to upload and mark the student work you add, and for every final mark and comment. AI suggestions can be wrong; always review them.

You can delete any submission, class set or name mapping at any time from the marking pages. Contact privacy@foreq1.com with any privacy question or request.
